Tales from the Wargames Shed/ Veterans Wargames Association present a game using retro Garrison Figurines many of which were bought and painted over 4 decades ago! They have since been stripped and repainted and based. The rules are also somewhat old, released in the mid 70s – Armies of the Hyborian Age. Conan has retired from stealing, fighting, meeting lovely women, more fighting and generally riding the known world around like a tourist without purpose and become King of Aquilonia, (Strangling the old King on the throne but that’s another story) Word has been received that the evil Priest TO-ME-Ku-PA has raised an army to conquer the western nations, so an uneasy alliance with amongst others Aquilonias enemy Nemidia, has seen an army raised to meet the enemy alliance on the plains of Nid in Zingara.
